两个介词可以连用吗

可以。英语中两个介词是可以连用的，在语法中叫做“二重介词”或“介词连用”。如：He jumped from behind the tree.他从树后跳下来；He waited there until after 8:00.他在那里一直等到八点以后。

两个介词连用举例：

in between在中间的

up to一直到，等于

take sth. from under从...下面取什么东西

fly up in the sky在高高的天空中飞翔

pick sb. up at the airport在机场接某人上车

双重介词根本就不是介词短语，是不相干的两个概念，例子如下：

from behind， from under（双重介词）

in the room，on the desk（介词短语）

1.I like the book on the desk.（介词短语作的定语）

2.He is singing in the room.（介词短语作地点状语）

3.Tom is in the room.（介词短语作表语）

4.I saw him at work.（介词短语作宾语补足语）

双重介词短语多数时候做状语，很少作其它成分。如:

A cat rushed out from under the bed。（from under the bed为双重介词短语作状语）
