Following the Rules

Following the rules can make the world in order, so that everyone's time won't be wasted. But there are always some people try to break the rules, just to show how different they are, some even think it is cool to do it. Recently, a young guy was riding his sliding plate in the railway station. He ignored the staffs' warning and just kept the way he was. He even shouted at the staff. At last, when policeman came, he apologized and promised would not do it again. What a rude boy. He only thought about himself and ignored the rules. What he did wasted everybody's time. Breaking the rule only got himself a bad reputation.

Changes in My Hometown

In recent years, my hometown has changed greatly, because of new road and railway has been built. Previously, my hometown was closed to the outside world. Several years ago, the government paid much money on changing the basic equipment of my hometown. Building new roads is the biggest project. It took about half a year to build the new road. After finish, people have more methods to make money. And we have more communication with other places, which is a good way to develop ourselves. About two years latter, the railway was built. After that, there have been more and more changes happened in my hometown. Now, my hometown has developed into a big and rich town. People live a happy life.

My best friend is Jack.

He is 15 years old. We are both in the same class. He works very hard. He is never late for school and he does well in all his lessons. He is always ready to help others. My math is very poor, so he often helps me with my math after class.

His parents are both teachers. They are very busy, so he often helps do the housework at home.

He is a little shorter than me but he is very strong. He likes playing football very much at school. We often play football together and he plays it pretty well, He gets on well with us, everyone in our class likes him.

Today is the day of reunion of our elementary school class. We made an appointment a week ago that we would go back to our elementary school. About nine o’clock, we all got to the school gate. The guard asked what we are going to do, and we answered that we just want to walk around in the campus. He let us enter. I felt so familiar and warm when I entered the campus. Something has changed, but many are the same. We went to the classrooms we once stayed. There were many memories in them. I could clearly remember where my seat was. Life in primary school is relaxed and interesting. We had many time to have fun, and our classmates always played together. I miss the life in primary school every much, which is the most beautiful and unforgettable memories in my mind.
