好的倾听总是能表现出尊重和建立良好的人际关系。父母应该倾听他们的孩子，所以他们会更好地理解他们，互相信任。老师也应该倾听学生的心声，这样他们才能增进理解，改善人际关系。学生应该倾听同学的心声，然后友谊会增强，他们会互相帮助。

二、Low-carbon life低碳生活

Low-carbon life is good for everyone.

To help with the environment, I always walk or ride a bike to school instead of taking a car.Besides, I will try to use things that can be recycled and I never forget to turn off the lights when I leave the classroom. I think it’s my duty to live a low-carbon life. And even the simplest activities can make a real difference to the environment. 

So I suggest we should reuse books as long as possible. And we’d better not spend much moneyon expensive clothes.If everyone does something for the environment, I believe the earth will be a better place.

低碳生活对每个人都有好处。

为了保护环境，我总是步行或骑自行车上学，而不是开车。另外，我会尽量使用可以回收的东西，离开教室时我永远不会忘记关灯。我认为过低碳生活是我的责任。即使是最简单的活动也能对环境产生真正的影响。

所以我建议我们应该尽可能长时间地重复使用书籍。我们最好不要在昂贵的衣服上花太多钱。如果每个人都为环境做点什么，我相信地球会变得更好。

三、How to Use Free Time如何利用课余时间

As a student, I spend most of the time studying at school, so when I am not in school, I cherish the spared time. I like to watch movies so much, so I will download movies and enjoy the great hours. Sometimes I will ask my friends to come and enjoy movies with me. We can discuss the details. What a great moment for me. I will take a visit of my grandparents every month, though they live far away from me. They are very happy when they see me. Nothing can compare the time with my families. The use of free time makes my life colorful.

作为一名学生，我大部分的时间都是在学校学习，所以当我不在学校的时候，我会珍惜这课余时间。我喜欢看电影，所以我会下载电影，享受这样的时光。有时候我会叫我的朋友一起享受电影，我们可以讨论细节。对我来说这是一个快乐的时刻。每个月我都会拜访我的祖父母，尽管他们住得离我远。他们看到我都很高兴。没有什么可以比得上与家人在一起的时光。空闲时间的利用让我的生活丰富多彩。

四、Following the Rules遵守规则

Following the rules can make the world in order, so that everyone's time won't be wasted. But there are always some people try to break the rules, just to show how different they are, some even think it is cool to do it. Recently, a young guy was riding his sliding plate in the railway station. He ignored the staffs' warning and just kept the way he was. He even shouted at the staff. At last, when policeman came, he apologized and promised would not do it again. What a rude boy. He only thought about himself and ignored the rules. What he did wasted everybody's time. Breaking the rule only got himself a bad reputation.

遵守规则可以让世界维持秩序，这样，每个人的时间才不会被浪费。但是总有一些人试图打破规则，只是为了显示他们有多么的与众不同，有些人甚至认为这很酷。最近，一个年轻人在地铁站骑滑板。他忽略工作人员的警告，依然随心所欲。他甚至向工作人员大吼。最后，警察来了，他道歉了，并承诺不会再这样做了。这是一个粗鲁的男孩，他只想到自己，忽略了规则。他的所作所为浪费了大家的时间。打破规则让他自己得到了坏名声。

五、Fight For Your Dream为梦想而奋斗

The time of middle school is short and precious, but for some students, they sit in the class and don't show any passion to learn knowledge. They like to do something that is against what teachers tell them to do. Such as when the teacher is presenting knowledge, they choose to read novel, or when it is the time for them to do some exercise, they sleep. They don't care about study. It is so negative for them to treat study. We are young and should be full of energy. It is the best time for us to gain knowledge. What we learn today will help us to realize our dreams, so let's fight for our goals.
